While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. "Everything was great, the room, the properties around the area, there is 2 convenience stores, a cafe and a restaurant just below the hotel. The room we had a washing machine which my friend used multiple times, the refreshing of the rooms are great too, although the only minor thing i would like to comment is there is no ramp around the hotel, so it was kinda inconvenient to bring up and down my luggages luckily i wasnt alone, the lobby in the first floor is a bit too hot as well. Other than those everything is still great"
