"Room was clean when we arrived. Beddings we’re good and bed is comfortable. We liked the amenities provided like facial wash/lotion…. We stayed for 3 days and did not request the room to be cleaned. On the 2nd day, the bathroom smells bad already; we did not bother asking as have 1 day to go. I would suggest travellers to have the room cleaned everyday if they wish to stay longer. "

"Nestled in the heart of Kabukicho this hotel offers something for everyone. Easy access to all major modes of transportation, infinite entertainment & amazing food but mere meters away. Clean rooms with wonderful bathrooms with nice big tubs, perfect after a long day walking the city. Good view regardless of what floor you're on (as the hotel starts on the 8th floor). The smoking room was clean and had peaceful music. The laundry machines didn't quite dry the whole load for 300¥ but for 100¥ you...

Clean rooms with wonderful bathrooms with nice big tubs, perfect after a long day walking the city. Good view regardless of what floor you're on (as the hotel starts on the 8th floor). The smoking room was clean and had peaceful music. The laundry machines didn't quite dry the whole load for 300¥ but for 100¥ you got 30 minutes in the dryer so it's was trivial really. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with any issue raised and the beds were comfortable. I'll be returning some day, for sure!"
