"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. Breakfast is not free (about 16pounds pp),...

"Couldn't have a better location for walking. It's also a quick cab ride to Heathrow (30 minutes). Staff was very friendly and attentive, no complaints at all. Overall the hotel could use an major upgrade...the rooms (at least mine) was extremely dated and also the hallways. The main dining room area was in excellent condition and updated. I also thought the breakfast was fantastic...I saw others complain about it but it was great and free (i'm also a picky eater btw). I didn't like...

On check in we were not upgraded even though we had VIP status and we were not informed of the 20% discount on the restaurant. I called reception to ask for assistance but they said they didnt know which was disappointing. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. "
