"Very nice and helpful staff and that is quite rare for hotels in Mallorca in my experience. (I have stayed in many hotels all across Mallorca over many years). The location is great, being so close to Cala Santanyi. I encourage the staff to continue to be polite and helpful and to treat customers with respect. This differentiates them from the majority of hotels in Mallorca, many of which have staff that do not actually like tourists or foreigners, and even resent them. The only issue I found was that there is only one elevator to go to the rooms and the elevator is rather small, so you can find yourself waiting a long time for the elevator and then not getting in with others because it would be too many people for the space."

Beach is safe and accessible from hotel also an even larger and more sandy beach is about a 10 minute walk. Great food selections, friendly staff and even cool shows on the main stage every evening.
