"Staff were friendly, and the self-serve beverages available in the lobby were nice amenities. Location is right in Center City, which was very convenient. However, the bedding in my room had noticeable stains upon arrival which made me question how clean the room actually was."

"We are a family of 4 with 2 kids 8-11. When we got to the room the sink would not drain, there was no hand soap and the container for the shower gel was empty. When we called to have these issues resolved, there was no initial response. The second time we called we requested a different room (one with a working sink), they said they did not have availability. Finally, a nice gentleman from maintenance was able to repair the sink but I ended up providing my own soap... On the first day we stayed, the room was serviced but not the restroom and the towels were not cleaned (one of them had what appeared to be mouthwash stain) and we don't use mouthwash. The room felt outdated and the lobby did not have a water fountain. It was disappointing since these are not usual Hilton standards"

"Toilet was covered with dried yellow urine and hairs. It was also running none stop until we adjusted the float switch. Pool had no towels for the first hr+ of being open. Bar opens way too late for a Saturday. Also Ruth’s Chris is one of our favorite restaurants but the one in this hotel fell short of the standards that has been set. Manager needs needs to do more than stand there missing endless times he could engage, manage and create a environment worth sending $300 on dinner"
