"The resort is beautiful and the views of the bay are fantastic. The patio doors in our room were not very energy efficient and the room heated up quickly into the 80’s by mid morning even with the air conditioning on. The lobby and restaurant are beautiful and very clean. The artwork throughout the resort is very beautiful. "I’ve been to many hotels around the world for many reasons. I was blown away at this place I found purely out of luck. The owner, the manager, the amazing staff from activities to breakfasts to special dinner. I have only one regret. That I didn’t spend my entire stay on big island here. But next time I will. "The property was as advertised, beautiful decor and many amenities plus awesome balconies to sit and watch the sunset. Only issue was the hallway to the unit which had a musty smell but using the service elevator was a way around the smell even though the service elevator had very dirty carpet."
