I was very busy working in the room so I had no time to make up room. But the most annoying thing is I got waken up several time by the noisy robot room service machine, it talks and make noisy as it going by my room as the room next mine kept ordering thing late in the evening."

I would like to suggest that the hotel line their dustbin especially the one inside the toilet because some guests absent-minded discard their toliet paper there, leaving behind a urine smell. While being green, the current methos is just not sustainable."

"It’s clean, facilities and amenities are modern and advance, although not state of the art yet. Staff are friendly. Had difficulty getting to the hotel from the airport as the taxi driver has not heard about the hotel and we spent almost half an hour looking up the directions for him. We could not find any contact number to call the hotel from the website. There’s a wide variety of cafes and eateries, however, most of them only opens at 10am. We could only find 3 open before 10am"

It began at check in when I tried to pay at the reception desk and 2 of my cards bounced and were subsequently locked.
