"This was my second time staying at the Hilton Tokyo Bay and once again I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room had not been renovated but I’m sure it is on the list to be done soon so the decor was a bit dated. But it was clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing and it’s proximity to Tokyo Disney is perfect for the budget conscious traveler. "

"Staff was very professional and went above and beyond to help us heavily traveled and sleep deprived at check-in. The room is a standard Japanese size, but with a true queen bed. The large windows provided in our train view room had the sites promised, wish we could have stayed longer. Never heard any noise from any other guests as well, excellent stay and cannot be closer to the station."

"Four-bed room is quite spacious, with thoughtful amenities provided. Shuttles are frequent and on time. Very pleasant stay for Disney trip. "

"Very nice hotel in a central area. Staff were very kind and extremely helpful. Minor downsides were the tokyo tower room we paid extra for had an obstructed view which ruined it somewhat. Also clean sheets are not provided everyday."

"The Sheraton Tokyo Bay was amazing!!! The plus…..very conveniently located to catch the monorail. The staff was amazing and professional. Dining was on the pricier side but it is a resort. Would definitely recommend and stay there again"

"Top notch super fresh and new hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Stayed with our 8 months old baby and got a baby crib in the room. It was a bit tight but nothing compared to other hotels in Tokyo. "

"My 14 year old son and I stayed at this property in Ginza. A wonderful place. Staff was attentive and friendly. The room was small- but it’s Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again. Pretty close to subway stops and taxis right out front. "

"The room is small for family. The location is excellent. It is 4 minutes walk to the Tsukiji Outer Market and 15 minutes to Ginza shopping district or take the subway from H11 to H09. Also, many good restaurants and markets are nearby. Hotel offers lots of free amenities. Overall, great place to stay."
