"I always try to stay in this hotel when in Shanghai for work travel. Great rooms, friendly and efficient staff, great breakfast buffet, great location! Would recommend to stay anytime!!"

"The hotel is generally clean and convenient. It is close to public transportation and there room is big. There are two problems though. 1. The hotel doesn’t offer airport shuttle as listed, even with a fee. 2. No-smoking policy is not strictly enforced. When we guest checked in, the room has an obvious smell of smoke. The staff changed our room upon request. In the next morning, the smell of smoke entered the second room too a while."
