Appreciated that we were right across from the marina. The only negative really was specific to us in that they could not turn on the air conditioning for us in March. Therefore the room was warm. Opening the windows, fix this, but there was some smells of food cooking from the restaurants at street level. This would not keep me from staying at the hotel again. "
