"Excellent hotel very close to Heathrow Airport. Be careful because there are a few Radissons and this is by far the best and still reasonably priced. Gorgeous lobby, gym, immaculate restrooms, good breakfast buffet and you can order items off menu as well....very comfy beds. I stayed here twice and it will continue to be my choice anytime i have a layover in London."

"Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds to sit outside and enjoy a drink and some lunch. We paid for a large room with a four poster bed. The room was clean the only downside was the view, which was the roof top with all the air con vents which made noises at times and you could see into windows or other rooms, so really no view which was a shame for such a grand room (room 201 Prince Albert suite). "This hotel was great. We started our trip with a different hotel but it was so bad that we left that place and booked this hotel instead and we are so happy we did. We got an accessible room even though we didn’t ask for one and it was huge. The bathroom in this room was bigger than the whole room we had at the original hotel we booked. The location was great with bus stops right in front of the hotel making it easy to get in and out of the city everyday. And finally huge shoutout to the night time desk crew, Masani, Afzal, and Domingos. These guys were amazing with helping when my mom had an accident in the shower coming to help right away and then helping us to arrange additional transport. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel. "
