"Very clean, good-sized room with a comfy bed and the walk-in shower I wanted. You let yourself in using a key pad and find your room key on the reception desk. There are phone numbers to ring if you have problems, but otherwise you only see the staff at breakfast, which is very good indeed. Good value. Reasonably quiet. Recommended."

"Really good place to stay right in the heart of Marlow. Plenty of public car parks available within a short walking distance of the pub. Nice comfortable rooms with tea and coffee facilities. ( Nespresso machine made a nice coffee) Staff friendly and helpful. Have stayed before and would definitely stay again. Marlow is such a wonderful place too. "

"This is a great hotel in Marlow that is well-positioned for walking anywhere in town. The staff are excellent. However, the rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment (old bathrooms, leaky taps, stained sealant behind the taps, ancient tv) Also, the breakfast is not worth the money particularly with complicated supplements for many of the dishes and coffees. The serve staff are great though. The fruit station was disappointing. Finally, we stayed on a busy night and had to queue at the bar....
