"The hotel is very clean, staff are very polit and professional, and location is close to main transportations, many restaurants and coffeshops. I had an unexpected situation where I had to go to the hospital on my check-out day, and the staff at Mediolanum were incredibly accommodating. They kindly allowed me to pay later and kept my luggage safe while I was away. Their understanding, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier. I’m truly grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that goes above and beyond for their guests."

"Property rated on the price point being a budget hotel. It was perfect for our one night stay in Milan being close to central train station. About 10 min walk with our luggage. Staff friendly, easy check in, comfortable bed. 30 min walk to Duomo. Only thing that didn’t work well was the aircony, but there was a ceiling fan which was fine in September. "

"I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. One of the best hotels I stared in Italy. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very good and comfortable. Clean and with all essentials. Lobby was lovely with some unique art. I like the rooftop too. The breakfast brunch was superb. I will stay in this hotel again if invidit Milan "
