"The location was superb! 5mins walking distance to the main shinjuku train station that has train to everyone in Tokyo. Definitely recommend for any one travelling around Tokyo. Hotel was super clean. The kids love the bathroom with the tub. Space was enough for 2adults and 2kids. Nothing to complain about. "

"We had a lovely stay at the New Otani main. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming and treated us like valued guests! "The hotel was located in an area perfect for visiting Shibuya and walking distance to the Shibuya Station and attractions. The room was very comfortable, though smaller than expected with a king size bed, tv, small nightstand, and private restroom with a great shower. There’s a pizza restaurant and a wonderful coffee shop at the 1st floor. We would definitely stay here again. "
