"The location of the hotel is super convenient to the train station and attractions of Lucerne. The room is spotlessly clean, the complimentary sparkling water was a very nice welcoming gesture to our stay; though the room is a bit small for 3 of us, but it is sufficient and functional. The bath tub is a savior to our day long hike, help us relax; highly recommended "

"AC was important for me and theirs worked, great breakfast buffet that had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, potato pancakes. Also had smoked salmon which was delicious and included fruit (pineapple, watermelon, grapes, cut into small pieces.. as well as banana, apple and plum). Had great Italian restaurant (called cucina, had fantastic moscato, veal with rissotto was great as well... i heard prosciutto pizza and lamb chops were a hit as well..... they had a rooftop bar/lounge ALSO!"

"The hotel located very close to the lake Lucerne with awesome lake view room and balcony. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice, gave us suggestions on sight seeing and transportation options in Lucerne. Breakfast was tasty with wide selection and frendly hostess. "

"Been coming to the swiss holiday park for years since my children were very little and there’s always so much going on for them. Beds are comfortable, apartments clean and functional, staff are helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone with young children. Location is lovely, halfway up a mountain with access to cable car at the Stoos or bus down to Brunnen on the lake, easy to take the boat across the lake to Luzern Unfortunately, as my children have grown up now, they don’t take as much...

"Lovely hotel, very historic and very pretty rooms. Lovely touch was the weather and reccomendations sheet on the bed with a biscuit every evening. There was a lift but still a couple of steps to get to the room. Staff were very friendly. Luzern guest card very useful and voucher for a free aperatif in the hotel restaurant."
