"Nice hotel, clean and great location. Short walk in to Bath City centre. Staff very attentive. Asked for extra hangers, water in room. Housekeeper saw to it straight away. Concierge guy was brilliant. Great recommendations for local restaurants and excursions. "

"Club room spacious. Even adapted room not very disabled friendly. Big bar on 1 side bit nothing. On the wall to help get up. Pool and hot tub not accessible. We had called before bpoking to check these things."

"The hotel and staff were very good my only criticism is that the restaurant was a cold room , although the food was good it was not very comfortable there and we feel we rushed our food for that reason "

"Quite expensive for a basic breakfast (no breakfast buffet without pre order and mini bar empty !!) Booked for a superior boutique room - but had 2 single beds pushed together which were slightly different heights !!!!!!) Staff attentive - and a glass of Prosecco on arrival for our pre booked anniversary ..but requested an ice bucket and glasses which never materialised. "

"The hotel is currently being renovated so different areas of the hotel were unaccessible. That being said, what was available was very nice and very well organised. The room was lovely and very clean. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and polite. The breakfast options were great and had a variety of food to please all. The car park was £9 a night which seemed a little steep, however there is little to no parking elsewhere near to the hotel so it is necessary. Overall we had a lovely stay a...

"The host was fantastic and helped me plan an easy walk to a great pub for dinner and a Spectacular trip to Bradford on Avon and Castle Combs. This historic property was fully booked, and I never saw or heard another guest. It was so quiet and pleasant."

"A friend and I went to Frome for a wedding, and staying at the Archangel was perfect. It was close to the wedding, shopping and Frome itself was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful, the venue had a wonderful series of quiet rooms, eating areas and our room was wonderful. The steel and brass fittings and stone work were beautiful.
