"A great stay in a convenient location for myself, wife, and two adult children. Home was easy to find and spotlessly clean. The facilities included two bathrooms (one had a bath but no shower) as well as fast WiFi and a good-sized TV. Communication with the host was always incredibly fast and I even messed up the payment schedule and they were understanding. There are a number of items in the house that are geared towards younger children which I can imagine would be well received. I would...

"The perfect property for our group of 15 hens :) Nothing was too much for the host. Great communication from the beginning. We had a private chef come in to cook us dinner one of the nights and the kitchen is well equipped for this, with plenty of plates, cutlery and glasses to accommodate. Beds were comfy, enough bathrooms and toilets for all of us and also so much parking! I highly recommend Trimnells House! "

"From beginning to the end Catherine and Thomas have been brilliant. We arrived early and Catherine said we could go straight to the cottage, ( which with a 2 and half year old) saved us having to find somewhere to hang around for a couple of hours. As the other cottage wasnt being used at the time we were able to adjust our booking times of the pool if we needed to. The place itself is beautiful and has everything you need. Catherine even made us home made scones with jam and cream, milk, butter...

"My son and I used this as headquarters to visit some historic sites and relax before long travel home to US. It was a tight space but fully equipped and adequate for everything we needed. Nice hiking trails right outside the door. Beautiful setting. Owners were very nice and accommodating."

The view of the Westbury White Horse, along with the horse paddocks and stables next to the property forces you to slowdown, so you can fully appreciate it. If you, or any of your family members love horses and you need to get away to a quiet, rural location for a long weekend, or an entire week, I recommend you stay here."

"The lodge was very comfortable and well equipped. However, 2 things let it down.... the doors didn't close properly, and for me the biggest one was no wifi. Its listed as available but I could'nt get it to work, that combined with poor mobile signal made it difficult to make arrangements with family locally. Very nice non the less."
