"Perfectly decent. Very good location about 10mins from the station. Clean. Bed was comfortable but I don’t think it was standard double, it felt quite small - ok as it was just me. Aircon was a bit annoying, randomly shutting down in the middle of the night both nights. Decent black out curtains but the aircon control is right by the bed and very bright. Staff were fine. Premium room had biscuits and an iron "

"Extremely nice modern hotel with excellent staff. Hotel is in great condition and our room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good but the restaurant was very busy by 9am on Sunday morning. Had to queue for 5/10 minutes for a table and unfortunately it was right next to the kitchen and food counter so not as peaceful as the rest of our stay. Would recommend this hotel "

"We came to an event at the hotel: arrived early to get ready in our room, stayed overnight and enjoyed the buffet breakfast before heading home. Staff on reception were so lovely; always attentive and ready to help. The room was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. During the event we attended, the food was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good - pretty standard buffet breakfast - but the area didn’t seem to be very well stocked...

"Stay was okay to good. We have been once before and the room we booked ended up being above the disco room so not the best for sleeping but otherwise good. Returned this time we were at the back of the hotel but found the walls were thin so could hear group of girls chatting and laughing until early hours. Positives: Lovely setting. Outdoor pool looked georgous. History of building hasn't been forgotten. Walks looked good, weather...
