"Very nice place to stay and relax. Staff were amazing!! So helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back again in future. Only downside in our opinion was the 2 spas at the gym were quite rundown but the large hotpool outside near the bar was amazing!"

"Wow really nice unit for a great price. Felt super cozy and warm especially during these winter nights. Spacious. Everyone slept really well. Great views of the Lake. Excellent communication from staff. I love the fact that there was no end of check-in time even though we arrived an hour after. Wish we could have stayed another night. Next time for sure. "

"Everything was immaculate, the staff were LOVELY, we needed to arrive late, the key was left where it was easily accessible, the light was on in our room, the two pools are stunning! We are hot pool people. Absolutely stunning. We stayed on the way down to Wellington, loved it so much we stayed on the way back up to Auckland. There are a LOT of choices in Taupo and this would be our pick, everytime."

"Presented well overall, however, the hairdryer is very dated and overheated after a few minutes of use and the extractor fan in the downstairs bathroom was extremely loud. The amenities were nice, the spa bath was lovely and the washer and dryer combo was handy but a separate washer dryer would have been better."
