"I had a room with bay views and it was not disclosed ahead of time by the hotel or Expedia that there are party boats on the weekend at the pier across, and they play very loud music at night. I called the hotel front desk staff and they said the loud music goes on until 11:00 pm on Saturday nights and there is nothing they can do about it. It was hard to relax and fall asleep. I would not stay there again. I am disappointed. "

"I'm giving this hotel four start instead of five because there was no view. We overlooked an alley. And because we were on the second floor, it was rather noisy at night with people using the dumpster(s) in the alley and with trucks emptying the dumpsters in the alley. I was woken up multiple times every night. Additionally, the TV in our room was placed at right angles to the bed, which was very odd but not a deal breaker because I didn't use it much. Otherwise the stay was great."

"I was not informed the room key was needed to reach my floor but I figured it out quickly. There was no rain shower in my room despite it looking like there was a pipe for it. The hot water never came to my sink after running it for a minute or two. The motorized shades were nice. Took a bit to figure out how to turnout the lights in the bathroom in the middle of the night."
