The restaurant & bar were closed 2 nights out of our 3 and the lobby lights were dimmed ..no visible staff at the reception, so the hotel felt empty & deserted. "

"the receptionist was sullen when checking in. We booked 2 rooms, one of them had a coffee machine and one of them didn't. When we told the reception about this situation, some rooms have it and some don't. It means they don't have standards, but while they're advertising, the coffee machine appears to be in the room, so they're deceiving."
