On the not so great side, our room had an overpowering musty smell, and the staff at the restaurants were not very friendly. You also have to drive if you want to go anywhere outside the hotel grounds. There are no restaurants or shops (not associated with the hotel) within walking distance of the hotel (the grounds are very large). "
