"Room was very clean. Breakfast buffet was good for the price. The hotel is only 3 blocks away from the nearest hop on hop off bus stops. I love Savage Garden on the 12th floor for an amazing view while having drinks and dinner. There is also Natural Kitchen for amazing healthy food. A local pub called Traitor’s Gate is 20 steps away for those that want an authentic English pub experience. My only complaint was the AC was a bit weak, though there was a record breaking heatwave during the 3 days I stayed there. Staff did give me a nice electric fan to help cool down the room. I would definitely come back here again on my next trip to London"

"Beautiful hotel. The room was large, perfectly quiet, and cool (with quiet A/C). The bathroom was extremely clean and luxurious, with lovely smelling products to try. The staff were lovely - very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent, and the courtroom bar was a lovely place to have a drink. Very welcoming for solo travellers and groups alike. The hotel was perfectly clean everywhere too. I will definitely be back for another stay."

"The younglady Dasha was absolutely fantastic, great energy and enthusiasm, hopefully I got her name right, she basically set the mood and tone for my stay after a long and dreadful journey, the bar tenders were great, the amenities were top notch, from the swimming pool to the Sunna, gym, and hot tub, absolutely amazing , I will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone visiting London, the location is uncanny and close to everything, I should gatekeep this, but nahhh, it’s a bit pricey but worth every penny, can’t wait to be back."
