"A top hotel very close to the Ginza, only a few minute walk away. The front desk staff and the concierges were friendly but for the most part did not speak good English. This was surprising in such a highly rated and expensive hotel catering to international guests. Have your Google translator ready to use. We have visited at least 70 countries and the poor English communication skills by front desk personnel was shocking. "

"We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean and in a SUPERB location—there are like 3 subway stations in <5min walk and we could get almost everywhere without any transfers. There is a 24h convenience store on the ground floor with good coffee and onigiris, etc, which we used for breakfast most days, and we were grateful for the coin laundry in the lobby. Just note the rooms are very small. We kept our luggage upright against the wall as there was no room to open it and walk from the bed to the door. But I’d happily stay here again."

"Breakfast food was edible. Nothing special warranting the price. The toiletries were really good and lux. That is where my praise ends. This hotel appears to not have enough staff, yet this last straw occurred in front of 2 employees who could have helped at any time. I explained that i have invisible disabilites (EDS, MCAS, scleroderma) that requires.help with my luggage. They didnt care. The male employees watched me shake and struggle & wince in agony, but they simply pretended not to see me. Any friendliness was so forced that it was uncomfortable. I spent over 1k to be there, only to be treated worse than a motel in my home country. Thought I was in an APA hotel for a sec given how much they seemed to dislike me for no reason (iykyk). The onsen is great except for the fact that it is COVERED in black mold & mildew. It smelled like a sewer and there was visible mold on the wood shelves etc. Really felt marginalized at this hotel, for the first time ever in Japan. The female employees were mostly lovely, and the rooms dated but comfy, hence me giving stars at all. If issues like this are addressed, I would recommend it, but at this time I simply can't. 😞 paying $270+ a night is outrageous for what you get. "

"Staff was friendly, property is updated and modern, there was a washer/dryer AND laundry detergent in every room we booked (we booked 3). The bathrooms are nice too. There is a coffee machine that has many options all day and night. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and train station. There is also a vending machine in the lobby. Great experience and I will definitely stay here again. "
