"The bathrooms don’t have proper doors, the shower curtains are so dirty. On the first day we stayed there house keeping came in and they didn’t clean but it seemed like they were smoking pot in the room. The beds are not even decent enough to sleep in. Do not recommend, especially since you can get a decent room els where for the same price "

"It was conveniently across the street from the toys story parking lot but I don't think we'll be staying here again. There's plenty of better hotels in the area. Checkin took a while as the receptionist was having a long conversation with a guest, someone clearly cut me in line at check in but the employees decided to help them and ignored me. We immediately encountered an issue with our toilet not flushing properly, the hotel was apparently booked out so we couldn't transfer rooms; maintenance arrived to fix it but it was never fully fixed. We dealt with the toilet issues during our whole stay. Rooms were outdated and walls were very thin. The bed felt like we were sleeping on cardboard with a mattress topper. We had a schedule room cleanly but when we came back mid day at around 2-4pm, the room wasnt made up yet. "

"First of all- the location was absolutely fabulous! Right across the street from Disneyland. Our room was updated, clean, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the rooms were quite small for my family of 5. We would have loved a little more room to move around, but we managed. Also, we had been traveling for a few days before and after, so a laundry service would have been nice. All in all, it was a great place to stay. We would absolutely stay there again!"

"It was a cost effective way to stay near Disneyland but would prefer being closer. It was okay or good for that matter, the staff or front desk made this more pleasurable. I did not care though for the smell of our room upon the return one evening, we had to switch rooms. "

"Oh where do I start. The room was damp the entire visit, making all our belongings damp. There are no USB ports despite the pictures. The shower had mold. The trash truck sat outside for 42 mins (that is after it woke me up, and I figured out what it was and started timing it). There was an odor. Did I mention the damp? The carpet was damp and my feet were not happy about it. Breakfast was awful and we wound up skipping every day even though I wanted a place with breakfast to reduce costs. That backfired. The location is freaking awesome, so wish it was better. Just a straight shot to Downtown Disney. And I thank the staff for finding a lost item for me. But nope will never stay again. "
