"The pleasant experience starts at the check-in reception. The staff are cheerful and friendly. Always ready to answer our queries. Buffet breakfast is provided. We visited Santa Claus and the Arctic Circle line. Posted cards home at the Post Office with their unique stamps. The cabins are clean although a little dated. The room is large and nicely lighted on the outside. The shops are reasonable in prices although the restaurant is more pricey. I would recommend this place especially if you like Santa Claus or have children. "

The ship tour we took was fun and 50 feet from the front door of the hotel. The hotel has a bar and patio on a top floor and the views of the city and mountains are amazing."
