"Some resident/or residents used the toaster just after 7am Saturday morning so this was a bit distressing rushing downstairs then back upstairs to help a family member downstairs ( mobility issues) Other than the above room was clean reception lady was lovely cleaners were friendly. "Our host Michael was charming, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodationn was fantastic with spectular views over the loch. The room was big, as was the onsuite, and there were great touches e.g. a cafetiere with coffee, supplied free, each morning. Breakfast was plentiful, freshly cooked abd yummy.
