"For the most part, everything was great. One of the elevators held us on the third floor for about 30 seconds once, but they were repairing it the next day after someone got stuck for longer. The commode wouldn't flush, but they moved us and were very kind. The ladder on the th pool was broken, but it was repaired the next day. Though things broke, they were repaired right away, which was great."

"Our stay was fantastic and Kerry really helped us with our travel for a future stay we are planning. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The bed was very good for a person with a bad back. The location was great and was close to all the main attractions. Look forward to coming back soon. "
