The staff was very friendly and helpful! The common area was well kept and the rooms were very nice! My only criticism about my stay is that we had to pay for parking. I believe that parking should be free & standard with any stay at a hotel. Overall I had a wonderful stay :)

Easy check in and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and it included scrambled eggs, sausage patties, potatoes as well as cereals and breads and bagels. Coffee was very good.

This location was perfect. Close to restaurants that you could walk to. Close to shopping and the metro station. Everything was clean. Breakfast was decent. The room was clean and the hallways smelled good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean but not heated

I have been staying here for 12 months plus, as I have to travel to the Los Angeles area 2-3 days/week. This is the most marvelous value, I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else, even though I have a long drive to Beverly Hills each day to work, I don't mind. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant...the beds are super comfortable for a good nights sleep!

My family and I stayed here from Dec 28 - Jan 3rd and it was a wonderful experience. We had booked another hotel originally that was absolutely disgusting and roach infested. We searched online for a good hotel and found this Holiday Inn. It was the best decision I made and regret not booking this hotel first. I will never stay anywhere else but here.
