"This is the perfect place to stay in Bacalar. Each unit has an equipped kitchen so meals can be prepared in room or it is walkable distance to many choices of restaurants. Parking is safe and secure. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast under the palapa is a great start to your day."

"One thin blanket, and hot water only available 2 hours in evening for 10 rooms to use. ( our overnight temp 55degrees). Vegan fare was very good but small portions. Access to the beach was fine and boat tour wonderful "

"We only stay one night there . The view is amazing , can't beat that . Rooms are clean and comfortable . My complaint will be that, no body was at the reception when we arrive and when we check out again no body there to turn in the key . Oh and no complementary coffe either . But over all it was fine . "
