If you follow the hotels emailed procedures to hop the free shuttle, you will be forever grateful. The airport is insane but the shuttle desk located at door 4 was a sight for sore eyes. The van is right there and the staff will not let you lift a finger. "

"Hotel has some pro and cons. The hotel is beautifully designed, but the bedding is not the most comfortable compared to many 5 star resorts out there. They had a shuttle that takes customers to the BTS station, but it's better if you book one that is within walking distance to a BTS starion. Staff and service was great. Would not stay here again due to location. "
