"Hotel was excellent . Well maintained and very comfortable . Hotel staff at front desk was excellent . Lounge (bar) gentlemen not so nice . Rooms were very comfortable but wash rags were not replaced the next day and shower head sprayed everywhere as did lotion container . Location was great ."

"We stayed at Hotel Matilde for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is lovely, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were consistently courteous, welcoming, and helpful. The central location is ideal for exploring Naples. The only minor inconvenience is that the hotel is on the second floor of a building shared with offices, and the entrance—located on the side of the building—can be difficult to find initially. Otherwise, we had no issues and would happily recommend this hidden gem."

"Breakfast was great Staff very helpful location was a god dam nightmare huge steep hills a lot of steps they lied to us I ending up falling in hotel because of all the hills and steps"

"This is a very charming building. The ac worked great. Spacious room. Bed was very firm. Was happy with the bathroom, although some hooks would be nice. Location is excellent can easily walk to restaurants, bars or sites. Breakfast was very nice & a good selection to start your day."

"El hotel está bien ubicado frente al Puerto y cerca del centro. El desayuno es excelente tipo buffet y completo ( aunque está ubicado entre los corredores del piso 3 ). Es un hotel renovado, con una bonita recepción. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque los baños son un poco incómodos y antiguos."

"Excellent location in downtown capri, you can walk everywhere in minutes. Rooms were small, and there were a lot of stairs, but my kids loved it and had a genuine boutique feel."
