"Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities."

What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special.
