"Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. All the staff were welcoming and very friendly and went out of their way to help us and make our stay enjoyable. Alessandra in Reception was especially helpful and the other receptionist stayed much later than usual, as we were very late arriving. "The place is clean and location is decent - quiet street, close to the city center (half an hour walk to the port though, but there is a bus just around the corner). Old furniture in rooms. Staff doesn't speak any English. They were very nice though."

"The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is quiet, not on a main street. The hotel is mid point between Ischia Ponte and Ischia Porto. Both are an easy walk. The meals are nice. I would recommend half board. The pool area/pool is very relaxing."
