"This was such a beautiful hotel with the best customer service. We felt safe and it was very clean and well kept hotel. It wasn’t the best location, a little far from the center if you want to walk but there was always taxis outside to take you where ever you needed to go. I will definitely stay here again"

You can’t get a better view of the Marina Grande with this hotel. Best way to see the island since transportation is right around the corner. The best 3 days so far in our Italian adventure. We booked the room with the outdoor porch, bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and spacious. We highly recommend and will come back for a stay when we come back in Capri. "

"The hotel is right next to Napoli Centrale train station, so it is very convenient. We felt the area was safe. It was within walking distance to many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great, especially on the rooftop. The room was a bit older looking, but it was clean and had everything we needed."

"We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time... The hotel is very sensely located and a 5 minute taxi ride away from the port. FYI taxi to the hotel is 20 euros. Hotel is beautiful and has a classy old timey feel with modern updates. Reception was fantastic and so helpful... They arranged a scooter for us for 35 Euros for 24 hours, suggested restaurants, booked the spa for me via phone... Welcome bottle of prosecco and sweets was very kind. The room was beautiful and spacious, well appointed with a large bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable but everything was very very clean. We had a room overlooking the water and a private patio which was beautiful! We cross the street to the sister hotel and took a dip in the thermal bath... The water was very nice but not as hot as I was expecting. Had a massage in a spa which was fine. Breakfast buffet both mornings was wonderful! Huge spread of foods from savory to sweet, fresh juices, prosecco, coffee to order... Highlight of our stay was Agostano and Gerardo in the bar. They really made our trip so lovely! Agostano is a wealth of knowledge and experience and so warm and kind. Both gentlemen were utmost professionals in hospitality in general and hoteling and bartending. Their knowledge of mixology was astounding. The entire staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable and showed us the true meaning of hospitality."
