One of the highlights for me was the incredible cleaning staff — they went above and beyond and truly made us feel at home. Their warmth and attention to detail stood out more than anything. We were also pleasantly surprised to be able to check in a full 4 hours early for a very reasonable fee, which helped us settle in and start enjoying right away. The food was delicious, the pool area was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxed. We’re already thinking about returning soon — maybe even for the Christmas holidays. Highly recommend The Royal Sonesta San Juan for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-run escape in Puerto Rico."
