"A fantastic place to stay. Within walking distance of union square and easy access to cable cars. Staff was friendly and more than willing to answer all my questions. Personal touches included cookies, and popcorn at night. Many pillow options available. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel and location. Pity that there was only coffee in the room. For the price you pay per night for a room you would expect tea as well. Parking is valet only and way over priced. Hotel around the corner charges 1/3 of their price. Park there instead."
