Communication by the owners/management was great! Even a late night question about parking was answered immediately. Place was clean, steps from the beach and perfect for a weekend getaway!

Room was nice and clean; it had plenty of electronic outlets which is a plus. The only drawback was the location of the room; the primary window faced the back and early in the morning a delivery came and the workers were loud.

Good location right off of I-95. Hotel is clean, modern, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is not included but there is a bistro in the lobby which also has a bar that is open till 10pm. It was nice to come in from dinner, get a drink, and take it up to the room. One thing i didn't realize when I booked this room - the hotel is right next door to a hospital and the view from my room was the ER entrance. This is our 2nd stay, and we will stay here every time we come to Jacksonville! Absolutely the nicest staff, cleanest rooms, quiet, comfortable & hottest showers!

This property has great access to downtown Jacksonville and the sports stadium in particular. There is a shopping area right across the street with easy access that has groceries and several local shops. The all suite concept is very good and the rooms are comfortable. The TV is large and modern (can be viewed from either the sofa or the bed). Only two drawbacks might we worth mention, you will hear noise from both the doors and units above you plus the tub is the old school type with shower...
