3 miles from town center but an excellent place for quiet and walking the countryside. Perfect for hikers and mountain biking.

The White Horse Inn is exactly what we were looking. We stayed in the larger "fancy" room and it was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bar in the inn was as it looked in the pictures - cozy and quaint. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was excellent.

This was an absolutely gorgeous property. The room was huge and the staff was incredibly helpful. We were there on an off night so we had the place to ourselves. The sun room had amazing views of the vineyard and was perfect in the morning for breakfast. I would gladly stay there again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel was clean and designed beautifully. The only issue is getting there. Be prepared to pay about 20 pds if you Uber to and from the airport. They do have a shuttle which may be more cost effective but it is about ~10-15pds. All in all, we would stay again.

My husband and I absolutely fell in love with this hotel. It was booked last minute for the last day of our trip in London before leaving, and happed to come up when I looked at hotels near Gatwick. We took about a 30 minute car ride to reach the property and were blown away when we got there. The scenery was so beautiful, and the hotel was in a good location. A lot of motorcycles do frequent the area, but we weren’t bothered by them. We dropped off our luggage since we got in so early, took a...
