The cottage is located in Lancie, a small town on the outskirts of Fleurie in the heart of the Beaujolais “Grand Cru” country. The cottage is much more spacious than the photos indicate with large rooms both upstairs and down. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The beds were the most comfortable we have encountered during our many trips to France.The WiFi was lightening fast...

"The hotel is a perfect stop over between Nice and Paris if traveling by car. We ate at the restaurant and also took massages in the spa. The restaurant could be great but we were surprised by the 70’s cuisine, even if it is fairly well executed. The spa was a highlight and is of a very high standard. The rooms and particularly bedding are comfortable."

"Belle propriété, de superbes installations MAIS propriétaire trop présent : il s'est permis d'entrer dans la villa sans raison quand bon lui semblait que l'on soit là ou non, plusieurs fois par jour, pour observer tous nos faits et gestes. Il y a un gardien qui lui est très discret et c'est son travail de s'occuper de la villa (fleurs, piscine, ..). Pour le jacuzzi, aucune explication claire et si on se trompe on est privé de jacuzzi (fermeture inopinée de la porte malgré qu'on le paye). À part...

"Pleasant campsite helpful English speaking reception staff. Pool was very busy so didn't use it. Nearest village was shut for food as it was a Sunday but bar on site did buffet style hot and cold food only here for 1 night so it served it's purpose. Bring your own mugs if you like a morning cuppa. They only doini coffee cups"
