"Beautifully decorated and clean. The property and island are gorgeous. The initial automated communication from the company, itrip, informing the tenant of their expectations, is brash-sounding and off-putting, but maybe they have had bad experiences. A better quality mattress and hotter water would have been nice. They did send workers to try to fix these issues, and communication was good. "
