Find Hotel with a Concierge in Big Sur, CA

"To be fair I did look back at my four page email confirmation and did see I was informed there was no wi fi. Did not see that. We did not come to Big Sur to surf internet but no access to outside phone calls, weather and maps presented difficult planning logistics. "

"Clean room, good amount of space, nice bathroom, everything felt updated and new. The best part was the proximity to everything, would stay here again! "

"Nice and clean rooms. The staff was very professional and friendly. We did not use hot tub. Very convenient to shops and restaurants."

"Bed was so comfortable and shower was excellent. Heads up...parking and resort fee"

"The adjoining room door was next to the bed. Very poor sound proofing. The next room’s conversations at normal tones sounded like they were in our room. They talked until 2:45AM. The hotel clerk did make note of it the next morning when I reported it. Hopefully they will fix the problem."
