"Everything was wonderful! Clean property, hotel, and rooms. Restaurant meals were delicious. The staff was the best part, they were extremely accommodating and friendly. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay memorable and special. This was a family vacation and this hotel and its staff made it possible for us to create beautiful memories! Thank you! Can’t wait to stay again! It’s so hard to find good customer service and just kind people in our world today, I was truly amazed at how we were treated during our stay here. So refreshing! ❤️"

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed slept well. More, fluffy pillows would have been nice. Also, more than one washcloth would be good too. Okay for the price, but $180 a night is a little steep for the stay. Location is great, and compared to other hotels in Saint Augustine, it's price and quality are the best. "

"Our room was flooded upon arrival. Maintenance came and cleaned it up and fixed the dish washer that was leaking. Later that night, we were taking a shower when our downstairs neighbor came banging on our door asking if we were using the shower. We said yes and he informed us that his room was flooding and water was coming from the ceiling. We immediately stopped showering and couldn't wash the rest of our stay. We tried to go get help at the front desk to potentially move rooms but nobody was there. We also requested a late check out but was never told any further information on it. In the morning we called to ask again and they told us we could check out 30 minutes late. We were disappointed because we had stayed up very late the night before due to all the water issues. Lastly, we finally emailed support to tell them about our experience and nothing came of it. Not even a response."

"From checking in to checking out was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life! I booked a room for two adults and two children during spring break. I’ve booked it early, so there would be no issues with the room. I call them about my reservation and they seem very nice over the phone. Tell me yes I have my room available. I get there and I am standing at the counter with no greet no acknowledgment acting like he didn’t even see me standing in there continued to do what he was doing took about five minutes and then he addressed me again not hi how are you? Do you have a reservation was my great. not very "

"Thought that it was a beach facing room but was not. Place is a time share property and not a real hotel Staff made me feel like i was an annoyance. Overall disappointing experience. Nice beach though. "
