Great hotel, walking distance to city center for restaurants and shopping, staff friendly and helpful.

Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep.

Good

We absolutely loved this hotel even though it is quite away from the center of Como. Great, modern, very spacious rooms. Huge table with chairs in the common area, sofa. Super comfortable and relaxing. Super clean rooms, towels are nice and soft, and thick. The deco is great as well, very very pleasing ))). We had 2 bedrooms, one was separate. We can’t complain about mattresses or pillow, on the contrary- we slept great. The only thing is there was not too much privacy, as the door to the...

Everything was nice and food, pool and spa was amazing

Was a great hotel to stay

Extraordinary stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the property was simply beautiful. The service was exceptional, and every detail made our stay special. Exceeded our expectations. Daniella in the lounge made our dinner enjoyable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Parking too!

Absolutely loved it. Villla is charming. Our room had wonderful views of lake como Walk down hill for a swim. Delicious breakfast too Sad we couldn’t stay lionger

Lo recomiendo 10/10

I based my booking on the free airport shuttle. The hotel exceeded my expectations! We arrived by train. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. There's a short section walking along a busy road (no sidewalk, but a trail), but an easy walk. The hotel room was basic and clean. Comfotable bed, spacious bathroom, some rooms have balconies. There is an elevator. The staff is fabulous! I thought they really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We booked dinner...

Hotel has a public transportation literally across the street which is very convenient. The area surrounding the hotel looks a bit rough but I didn’t mind it. The wifi was fine and the hotel managed was pretty nice. The hotel was very clean as well

Hotel is clean and staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Also close to the airport.

What makes the difference is the staff, they make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. Admittedly the fist impression was a bit off. We typically stay in major chain hotels and our initial impression was that the location would not workout for us. However this quickly faded and our stay was quite pleasant. Though the facilities are older and show signs of wear the cleaning staff was top notch! A big "Thanks!" to Teresa who went out of her way to make our visit enjoyable. Our biggest...

This hotel was one of two unexpected gems. I cannot stress this enough, people. GO here. And get a room with a lake view. Pay extra for it if you have to, it's SO worth it. The look on my mother's face when she walked outside.... I've never been to Como, and my mother has never been outside the US. The hotel staff was BEYOND helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was so lovely, the restaurant was fantastic, and that view... just stunning. Parking was super cheap. The streets around the hotel are...

This was both the least expensive and our favorite hotel of a two week trip. Quaint, clean, with a lovely lobby, lounge, and dining area. Rooms were of a nice size with absolutely no flaw that we could see. Franco and Michaela hosted us with grace and just the right amount of attention. We departed as fast friends. Our room had a window overlooking the Lake and that was from the side of the hotel. The front room views must be even nicer. Drinks, ice, snacks, nice breakfast, all came...

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon; one of the best hotels we stayed in! The bed was perfectly firm and warm, perfectly plush blankets warm cooler nights. The bathroom I had to figure out the swinging shower door, but most likely I never seen this outside of the USA. Very modern interior, wish we stayed here more nights! Great private garage , and distance is very close to the Iper La Grande huuuuuuge supermarket and mall. Will definitely want to stay here again.

We loved our three day stay at this lovely hotel. The views from the hotel of Lake Como and the City of Como were outstanding. We had a corner suite with two large floor to ceiling windows with views of the City of Como and its duomo as well as looking down the length of the lake. Our two sided balcony was amazing. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. We were in Europe for three weeks and our meal at the Villa Flori restaurant was the best we had on our vacation. If there...
