"Generally nice and modern but the carpet stains really let it down "

"Stayed here for the Iron Maiden concert and this meant it was easy for us to get in and out to the venue plus buy merch before the show and return to the room to drop off the merch. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable with a really good view looking towards north London and beyond. We had a15th floor room and external noise was non-existent and any noise form people moving about on our floor was also non-existent. Transport links are within 5-10 minutes of leaving the hotel. We would stay again especially if we were attending a concert at the London Stadium or planned multiple things in London as access to rail links into and out of London was so easily accessible."

"Quick trip to Cambridge, last minute add to itinerary. Read the reviews on this hotel, absolutely did not disappoint. Truly easy to navigate, beds super comfortable and very close to national railway without being loud/crowded. Super clean, classy, very nice. Recommend for certain. "

"Staff very good but on Friday one young lady had to do reception, bar and restaurant which I felt was too much for her. However she cheerfully managed to help everyone eventually! Saturday morning the lift wasn’t working! "
