"Lovely quality hotel with great attentive staff. Easy walking distance into Bath. So great location. The pool and spa area is looking a little tired. Some of the mosaic tiles are missing around the outside pool and because of this my hair was pulled a bit when it got caught in one of the gaps. Would be good if this is looked into "

"The facilities and presentation of the hotel was excellent. Location is perfect. Bedrooms comfortable and roomy. Bar service very good. Breakfast food was good but service was poor. Clearing tables all around was slow including our table. "

"Located within walking distance from the Bristol Temple Meads station, this hotel is fine. The room I was in is quite big with a comfortably firm bed. For those who are into the retro 2000s era style, this is the hotel to be in. The room is a bit dated, but at least they do a good job in up keeping the interior."

"Very nice hotel in the city centre. The staff is nice. We had a nice room on the 11th floor. The only slide negative (but we didn’t ask) is that there was a bath tube rather than a shower with low entry. That’s prügelt preference. "
