"Second time in this hotel . The location is key . Is close to everything. I like the the garden area , the gym , the roof top , the lobby and the coffee . Rooms are clean and spacious and I reallly do not have anything negative to mention about this hotel . Not take into consideration I am comparing with NY hotels ."

"This was my 5th time in New York and this hotel has by far been my favorite. Check in was smooth, front desk was beyond helpful in accommodating early check in and late check out. Property was very clean. Location was 10/10 and there is security on property so we felt safe the entire time. It was after midnight and in dire need of feminine hygiene products, even though the general store was closed the front desk went out of their way to personally get me the product I needed. This hotel has transportation services to and from JFK for a very reasonable price, which we found out through the bellman, Ricardo. He also had our luggage in the van ready to go when we were set to leave to the airport. Our trip was perfect from beginning to end, I will 100% stay here again."

"Just perfect!! Went as 2 solo women and felt absoultely comfortable in every way. It was clean, shower was spacious with hot water, we had a beautiful window and view, comfortable beds, and plenty of sink space. Also really appreciated that the lobby was up on a higher floor and you had to take a separate elevator to get up to the actual rooms."

"Fabulous Stay at Moxy Times Square I had a fabulous stay at the Moxy and would absolutely stay here again! The location is fire — especially if you’re in New York for an event at Madison Square Garden. I was there for a concert at MSG, and being able to easily walk to and from the venue was such a bonus. The hotel is also only about five minutes from Herald Square, with tons of great shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and has such a great energy. The facilities were epic, especially the Moxy rooftop bar, which is amazing and definitely worth experiencing. I also really appreciated the complimentary coffee in the mornings — and I definitely took full advantage of that! ☕️ The staff were wonderful throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, pleasant, and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and modern. For New York City, I also found the room to be surprisingly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. I honestly have very few complaints. If I had to mention one, it would be that there’s no refrigerator in the room, which would have been a nice touch. That said, I know this is pretty common in New York hotels, so it certainly wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Overall, a fantastic experience. Great location, great atmosphere, wonderful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and an incredible rooftop. I would definitely recommend the Moxy and would happily stay here again on my next trip to New York! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
