"Well located to Bugis Junction for MRT and shopping. Hotel was pleasant but not outstanding. Foyer is small, some service doorways showing damage, breakfast ok but crowded. Eat early as some food tended to run out later in the service. Two cappuccinos S$34 in the lounge on ground floor is too high given competition nearby. Pool area is adequate but small with limited sun lounges. Our room required access through several doors and had a number of steps - always a challenge with luggage. Staff...

"Arrived very early in the morning and check in was quick and easy. Lovely nice and clean big room. Within 5 minutes of reporting the fridge not working in our room, the hotel replaced it with a new one. Location was great, lots of eateries and things to see. Not far to walk to the Metro station to go further afield. "

"The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us."
