"Great location. Needs up keeping. Showers and restroom - not 5 star quality. Reception- needs more people besides 2 and needs better uniforms. Breakfast buffet is a 3 star quality- not 5 star. Also- it is only vegetarian- nothing else. Only good thing about hotel is great location next to mall and close to jalan alor street food. Great location- but the rest is not good. Not deserving of 5 star rating for a hotel. "

"Family reunion with the children & grandchildren. The 2 bedroom suite with separate shower & bathtubs attached to the designated bedroom is a great idea. The living room is spacious for the kids to run around. The kitchen has no stove but a microwave oven is available if some basic cooking is required. Overall a very comfortable & enjoyable family weekend stay . For improvements, the sofa set badly needs to be refurbished & a kid's channel added to the tv program"

"Only two positives - air conditioned and a fantastic view over the city from 32 floors up including Petrona Towers and Merdeka Tower. This is not a hotel but serviced apartments. No reception desk etc. Hard to find in large shopping centre. People on mobiles contacting people responsible for the apartment. They could not find my expedia booking. Eventually an apartment was found. Apartment was not cleaned from previous occupants, quite worn fittings and dirty carpet. I will not return, even for...
