Take into consideration that in Venice you will arrive by boat and they stop only on one of the sides of the canal. If you select a hotel on the opposite side you will need to cross bridges with stairs only. In this property you will arrive & leave just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the service superb. Everything is walking distance from this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This place is a gem. Warm and welcoming with fantastic decor. It's very close to the train, like a 7-minute walk. It's off a little pathway. If you have trouble falling asleep, ask for a room that does not overlook the pathway. It didn't bother me much but still a consideration with people walking past on the stone road talking and laughing while you are trying to sleep. I loved my room. It was decorated well with fantastic sequence wall coverings, beamed ceilings, and a glass chandelier. They considered moody lighting for relaxation. The service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. "
